Awesome local restaurant. Over two meals, my son and I had two great experiences. We tried two of the mac and cheese dishes and a burger. I had a local Bemidji Being Red X ale that I totally enjoyed. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Service, service, service. Right on, this place rocks. Stopped by for an early lunch and bam the best service ever. Tacos were fantastic, burger was great, and the service was to die for. Our server was spot on, knew the menu and the minutiae of the blend of herbs and spices in the ground beef. Her description was so mouth watering that I almost ordered a burger instead of tacos. I’ll be back for that burger…We were there through the lunch hour and beyond, and the great service never let up. If I had 3 thumbs they’d all be up. Thank you.

This was one of the best stops for dinner during our whole trip to Bemidji! We sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome. Her recommendations for food were spot on. The nachos were huge! Since we were there during happy hour, we had plenty of beer with our food at just the right price. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

It’s so refreshing to come to a place that has something for everyone. Love cocktails and wine? You won’t be disappointed! (They have a sommelier!!) Yes, you CAN come to Bemidji and have a proper old fashioned. Do you like a sports bar atmosphere to watch the games? This is your place! Awesome pizza? Heck yeah! Are you a family with kids? No problem! Wanna play pull tabs and be assisted by a human being and not a machine? It’s your lucky day! Just as Stephan from SNL would say: ‘This place has everything!’ Fabulous food. Awesome beer, wine, and cocktails. Superb service. The place is immaculate. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

We were referred to this establishment by a friend of a friend. We can tell you that it was percent worth it! It was so good we went there 2 nights in a row and are trying to figure out how we can go there the next 2 nights. The first night we had the PP&BJ pizza and the walleye tacos & Guinness onion rings and all was amazing. Tonight we had the giant pretzel with cheese sauce, the tai lettuce wraps & the blonde dessert. All were amazing. Staff was fabulous, beer was ice cold & the atmosphere was superb! This is the place to go while In Bemidji for sure!!!! Certainly exceeded our expectations!!!!!

Definitely not your typical bar. Daily specials & Happy Hour prices make it very affordable. The food is excellent. Plan on checking it out. We tried the fried pickles and they were fried perfectly.

Ok seriously. I go here once or twice a month at least. They always have interesting and delicious specials. Their standard menu is awesome. They have great deals during happy hour. I’ve never had anything that I didn’t love. I’ve never had a steak that wasn’t cooked perfectly. To top it off the service is stellar too. Plain and simple 209 just does it right.
